Varrah's pediatrician recommended feeding her rice cereal a couple times a day to help with her spit-up issue. So we decided to try it and like everyone always says, it was a MESSY experience. The rice cereal was all over her face, hands, clothes and it ran down her shirt onto her belly. It's a good thing the bib she was wearing did its job :).

"Feed me" Don't worry, you will get the knack of getting all that cereal back on the spoon and back into her mouth :-)
