Today, David and I had a 4D Ultrasound done in St. Paul. The Dr. said that at 27 weeks, our baby pretty much looks like what she will at birth minus a few pounds. She was very active during the 20 minute session and we got a lot of good pictures of her. We saw her open her mouth, clasp her hands, give us the peace sign, put her toes on her head and smile. It was a lot of fun to see her in her little home. Grandpa and Grandma Kensinger were there along with Aunt Krista and Grandma Skrove to see the action. Varrah is around 2.5 lbs. and 14 inches right now and everything looks great!
We will be posting pictures of the nursery soon and when we get the DVD from the ultrasound of her actual movements, we will post those here too so be sure to check back soon!

Wow! That is so cool . . . you can really see her face and her little body parts. I am SO excited for you both- being parents is the most rewarding thing ever! We can't wait to meet Varrah! We love you!
Today was such a precious gift. She really is very beautiful and blends the best of the both of you.
Love and hugs,
Grandma Liz
I will have the pictures to you soon :) I'll email normal sized ones, and then bring the rest over on my usb stick... since I have no cds, how does that sound?
Thank you so much for letting me be apart of such a magical day. :) My heart is still fluttering from the experience. :) Love you both so much, and so much love for my little unborn niece. :)
Always,
Auntie Krista
I know a few people who have been waiting for those nursery pictures. It is such a beautiful place. Also, it is a great home interiors piece to use in a portfolio with pictures of the condo and the other rooms of your house.
Love
Grandma Liz
What a lovely and restful room. . .very well done and so very "little girl" without being overdone!! I love it. When our great-granddaughter's room was being prepared, Duane made the letters G-R-A-C-E in wood and sent them off to our Paul and Amanda and she painted them to match the decor and they are mounted on her wall as I see you have done with Varrah's. Let's see, Varrah's Grandma Liz and Grace's great-grandma are 1st cousins. . .so they'll be. . .oh my goodness, let's just say cousins and leave it at that, and may God bless both of them always and forever and their mommys and daddys as well.
Even though we've never met, and Liz and I only a few times, I pray for all of you all the time and this child and her safe arrival as well.
"Grace and peace be multiplied unto you. . ." In His love and mine,
Marilyn
Congratulations!!! She's so precious! God Bless you all,
What little girl wouldn't love such a beautiful room!
Patty (I'm your Grandma Liz's 1st cousin - in CA)
